A new Costco Business Center broke ground in late 2025 and continues making steady construction progress near Alma School and Pecos Roads in Chandler. Crews have completed site grading, utility preparation, and foundation work for the 140,000-square-foot warehouse and 15-pump gas station. Structural work on the main building is now nearly complete.

The project team continues working with Chandler city officials as construction moves into the next phase. Crews are expected to begin paving the parking lot within the next two weeks.

May 22 Update: Opening date is expected in July 2026. Jackson Dean Construction is involved in construction and site development.

This Chandler location will differ from a traditional Costco warehouse. Costco Business Centers are more functional and have less amenities than traditional warehouses. They offer an expanded selection of office supplies, bulk commercial-grade food items, and products tailored to workplace and commercial needs, along with earlier hours (7 am), and no food courts or pharmacies.

Costco currently operates 26 Costco Business Centers in 14 states, including the Phoenix location near Indian School Road and Grand Avenue.

There are currently 20 traditional Costco warehouse locations in Metro Phoenix.

Costco Business Center Coming to East Valley
