A New Chapter

The Forbes Under 30 Summit launched in Phoenix on April 19, starting a new multi-year chapter for the global event. Bringing together young leaders, founders, and innovators from around the world, the Summit runs April 19–22.

The City of Phoenix and the Metro Phoenix region continues to attract startups and investment across tech, clean energy, bioscience, and advanced manufacturing. Notably, since 2020, Arizona has secured more than 60 semiconductor expansions and over $210 billion in investment—leading the nation. This momentum is evidence as Forbes selected Phoenix to deepen collaboration and connect young leaders with capital, mentorship, and opportunity.

Speakers for the week include Michael Phelps, Dwyane Wade, Bill Gurley, Shawn Fanning, Madelyn Cline, and Anjali Sud.

The Summit will draw thousands of founders, creators, and investors each year. Collectively, it will feature panels, networking, performances, and service projects. Looking ahead to this week and beyond, the event will spotlight local innovation, elevate regional talent, and strengthen the state’s growing entrepreneurial ecosystem.
