Threadlock Precision, a growing network of precision manufacturing companies, today announced its acquisition of Service & Sales, Inc. (“SSI”), an Arizona-based maker of precision hydraulic tube assemblies that has served aerospace and defense markets for more than 50 years.

Founded in 1970, SSI has become a trusted direct supplier to leading defense prime contractors. Under the leadership of Tammy Stepanski and Scott Papp, SSI supports a broad range of rotorcraft, fixed-wing, and other demanding programs, specializing in precision hydraulic tube bending and assembly at its 30,000-square-foot facility in Tempe.

The acquisition of SSI marks another important step in Threadlock Precision’s mission of building the preferred precision manufacturing network serving aerospace and defense. SSI’s tube bending and assembly capabilities add a new specialty to the network, expanding what Threadlock Precision can offer across its customers’ programs.
