Modern Wealth Management, LLC signed a 24,526-square-foot lease at SkySong 5 in Scottsdale for its new Arizona headquarters. The wealth management firm will occupy the entire sixth floor of the office building at 1465 N. Scottsdale Road. The lease follows Modern Wealth’s September 2025 acquisition of Mesa-based Public Safety Financial/Galloway. The $1.1 billion advisory practice serves more than 3,000 clients, including police officers, firefighters, government employees and their families.

The acquisition marked Modern Wealth’s entry into Arizona and established Metro Phoenix as one of its Organic Growth Hubs. These regional platforms support recruiting, business development and national expansion. Modern Wealth surpassed $10 billion in assets under management in 2025. The new SkySong headquarters expands the firm’s Arizona presence and consolidates its growing local operations. SkySong 5 sits within the 42-acre SkySong, ASU’s Scottsdale Innovation Center campus.
