The Gilbert-founded drive-thru restaurant chain submitted voluntary bankruptcy petitions in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas in Houston. The company said declining consumer demand, rapid expansion challenges, and rising operating costs made its business unsustainable.
