Uniting Regional Operations Teams

Rosendin Electric, Inc., the nation’s largest employee-owned electrical contractor, has purchased Allred Park Place Building 4 in Chandler. The property will become the company’s new Mountain West regional headquarters. The new campus will unite Rosendin’s regional operations, growing workforce, and corporate teams, including Engineering, Technology, Analytics, BIM, and Innovation.

The remodeled two-story building spans 100,622 square feet at 1450 South Spectrum Blvd. near Loop 101 and Loop 202. The facility will support long-term growth opportunities for Metro Phoenix employees in one of the fastest-growing construction markets in the U.S..

Rosendin Electric, Inc. (Rosendin), the nation’s largest employee-owned electrical contractor, announced the purchase of Allred Park Place Building 4 in Chandler, Ariz., which will serve as the company’s new Mountain West regional headquarters. The new campus will unite Rosendin’s regional operations teams with its growing workforce and corporate teams, including Engineering, Technology, Analytics, BIM, and Innovation.

The 100,622-square-foot, two-story building located at 1450 South Spectrum Blvd. will support long-term opportunities for Phoenix Metro employees in one of the nation’s fastest-growing construction markets. Located near Loop 101 and Loop 202, the remodeled facility will bring together regional leadership, operations staff, engineering teams, corporate support functions, and Technology and BIM teams under one roof.

Plans for the new campus also include a robust training center and dedicated collaboration space for Innovation teams focused on developing emerging solutions to construction challenges. Rosendin has partnered with Arc Tec to lead both the Chandler remodel and the company’s corporate headquarters renovation in San Jose, Calif., creating a consistent approach to design and execution across both investments.
