Meeting and Conference Hotels

U.S. News & World Report released its first-ever 2026-2027 Best Conference Cities and Best Conference Hotels rankings, highlighting the top U.S. destinations and properties for meetings, conventions, and business events. Developed with input from industry experts, the rankings evaluate key factors such as meeting space, accessibility, affordability, destination appeal, and hotel amenities that matter most to planners and attendees.

Using a data-driven methodology that evaluates meeting space, industry recommendations, quality, guest reviews, awards, amenities, location, and value, U.S. News compiled a list of 35 conference hotels in Metro Phoenix.

With stunning desert mountain scenery, 300-some days of sunshine annually and an airport close to the city center, Phoenix is a standout destination for meetings and events – and claims a spot on the U.S. News Best Conference Cities in the U.S. ranking.

Many of the city’s hotels embrace desert decor in the accommodations and meeting spaces with earthy tones, and encourage visitors to unwind after a busy day with amenities like sprawling pools and relaxing spas. These properties boast a truly impressive amount of meeting square footage across ballrooms, boardrooms and breakout rooms, meaning planners looking to book large, medium, or small conferences or events will have no problem finding space that suits their needs.
